Please check that you use your email address to access your Cambridge GO account or your username to access your Cambridge Elevate or Cambridge Learn account. If necessary, please double-check your credentials and reset your password.
* Please note: Passwords cannot be changed within the Cambridge Reader app, you'll need to do this process directly on the corresponding website.
How to change your password:
Cambridge GO
You can reset your password on the login screen via https://www.cambridge.org/go/login. We recommend consulting our Cambridge GO article: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Cambridge Elevate
You can change your password on the Cambridge Elevate website https://elevate.cambridge.org/elevate/common/forgotpassword.aspx. We recommend consulting our Elevate article: How do I reset/change my username or password?
If the problem is not resolved by trying the above, please Contact Us and provide us with the following information:
- Please make sure that you have the most updated version of the Cambridge Reader app
- When accessing your account, are you using a school network or a VPN?
- If you log into your account at your house through Wifi connectivity, do you experience the same problem?
- A video showing the error.
- What device are you using, and which operating system is installed on it?
- Speed test results.
