You can share your Cambridge GO resources with your students using all of the popular screenshare technologies. We do not recommend any particular platform, but here are tips for using some of the more popular: Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
Zoom
Look for the share screen option in the Zoom interface:
If you are planning to share a video or audio content, be sure to enable these features:
- Share Computer Sound: If you tick this option, any sound played by your computer will be shared with your class.
- Optimize for full screen video clip: Use this if you will be sharing a video clip in full screen mode. Do not select this otherwise, as it may cause the shared screen to be blurry.

Microsoft Teams
When you are in a Teams meeting, look for the Share button on the toolbar.
Make sure to select the correct screen to share! A red border will surround anything you share.
If you are planning to share a video or audio content, make sure to select Include System Audio.
Once you are sharing your screen, you can stop by selecting the Stop Sharing icon (next to End Call).

Google Meet
Google Meet uses the term Present instead of share screen. Click on this icon to begin:
Once you are sharing your screen, click Stop Sharing to stop.
Make sure to select the correct screen to share. If you are planning to share a video or audio content please have this open in another Chrome tab and select Present Chrome Tab.
