Important Notes:

Downloadable resources, such as Teacher’s Resources or Starter Packs, must be accessed via a web browser by logging into Cambridge GO and downloading the files directly to your device.

Our Lower Secondary Mathematics course books incorporate enhanced assessment and reporting functionality, which requires an active internet connection. These titles are not accessible through Cambridge Reader.
Step 1: Remove and Reload the Book
If you are experiencing issues with a specific title, removing and re-downloading the book may resolve the problem.

Click on the menu button beneath the affected book.

Select Remove Book.

Once removed, click the Download button to retrieve the book again.
Step 2: Log Out and Log Back In
Logging out and logging back in can help resolve common app issues.

Click on the options menu in the top left corner of the app.

Scroll down and select Log Out.

You will be redirected to the Cambridge Reader home page, where you can log in again and attempt to access your resources.
Step 3: Uninstall and Reinstall the Cambridge Reader App
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, uninstalling and reinstalling the app may help. Please note that you will need to log in and re-download your books.
