If you see a “Your session has expired” error when trying to open a book in Cambridge GO, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
What the error looks like
The message will say: "Your session has expired." This typically appears when your session has timed out or hasn’t been fully closed. Once a book is opened, the session remains active for up to 8 hours. If you don’t fully log out by using the Log out button in the top-right corner of your profile, the session may not end properly, which can trigger this error.
How to resolve it
Click the Log out button in the top right corner of your Cambridge GO profile.
You’ll be returned to the login page. Please sign in again using your email address and password.
Please note that closing the tab where the book loads is not considered a log out of Cambridge GO, nor is a reloading of the tab in your browser considered a log out.
