Once your school account has been verified, as an Admin user you will be able to invite your colleagues to join your institution as a Teacher.
Note: Only teachers can join a school in the way described here. Your colleagues will need to register in Cambridge GO with their profile set to 'teacher'.
To invite a teacher:
- Go to your profile screen and find your school details.
- Copy and paste the school joining code shown on the screen.
Once your colleagues have registered, they will be asked if they would like to join a school.
They can use the joining code to do this.
Alternatively, teachers can search for their school using the "Search for and join a school" option.
When this option is chosen the teachers will be able to enter their school details and search for them manually
Teachers will need to log out and back into Cambridge Go for changes to take effect.
Please submit a request if you need to change your school joining code at any time. This might be because the code has been released in error to a student, for example.
Note: Please be advised that once your school is verified, you can also upload your student and teacher accounts via bulk enrolment. Any admin at the school can upload a spreadsheet of new users. Please check our How to bulk upload help page here
