Getting started
To access your resources, you’ll first need your 16-character single license access code. You can find this:
on the inside front cover of your book
on an access card
or in an email from Cambridge University Press & Assessment or one of our partners.
If your code isn’t working, take a look at our article “My code is not working – what do I do?”
If your code is damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damaged code, the ISBN above the barcode, and your proof of purchase for the book so that we can assist you.
Please make sure you use the URL specified in your activation instructions. Some Cambridge resources are accessed on different platforms (for example, Cambridge Elevate), and codes cannot be transferred between platforms.
Adding digital books to your Cambridge GO library
1. On your Resources screen, select Add new resources.
2. Choose Activate resources with codes
3. Enter the 16-character code in the box provided, accept and agree to the terms of use, and click +Activate resource.
**Please note: our codes do not have any of the following characters in them:
- Letter O - this is usually the letter Q.
- Number 0 - this is usually the letter Q.
- Letter I (uppercase i) - this is usually the number 1.
4. Click on the title to go to your new resource. Or you can click Activate another resource to add another resource.
5. Now your new resource will be shown on your Resources screen.
Troubleshooting tip
If your resource doesn’t appear straight after activation, log out of Cambridge GO completely using the Logout button in your profile, then log back in. Your newly activated title should then appear in your library.
