This article explains the activation of codes found
- on physical access cards
- printed in books
- sent directly via email for orders made with Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
Cambridge GO gives you access to resources that you have bought from Cambridge.
To access your resources, you'll first need to get your 16-character access code. You will find this on the inside front cover of a book, printed on an access card, or in an email sent to you by our Cambridge University Press & Assessment teams or one of our partners. If you have any problems, take a look at our article My code is not working. What do I do?Please ensure that you use the URL specified in your code activation details noted in your book. At the moment, some Cambridge resources are accessed outside of Cambridge GO (for example Cambridge Elevate) and codes will not transfer between platforms.
Adding digital books to your library of resources is easy!
1. Begin on your Resources screen and click on Add new resources.
2. Select Activate resources with codes.
3. Enter the 16-character code in the box provided, accept and agree to the terms of use, and click +Activate resource.
**Please note: our codes do not have any of the following characters in them:
- Letter O - this is usually the letter Q.
- Number 0 - this is usually the letter Q.
- Letter I (uppercase i) - this is usually the number 1.
4. Click on the title to go to your new resource. Or you can click Activate another resource to add another resource.
5. Now your new resource will be shown on your Resources screen.
Troubleshooting tip: Should you not be able to see your resource straight after activation, please log out of Cambridge GO completely using the Logout button in your profile (as shown below) and log back in fresh for the title to show on your side.
