How can I get my school integrated with your platform for Canvas?

How do our teachers and students get GO accounts?
Your teachers and students do not need to register individual accounts as this process is taken care of by the Canvas integration. Please ignore the text in the front of your book.
How can I tell I’m part of a GO school to be able to access GO products via Canvas?
You will receive step-by-step instructions before setup, which will also include guidance on how to configure your school. We’ll provide further assistance along the way, but you’re also welcome to contact our team if you’re unsure or have additional questions.
Do I need to activate an activation code to use Cambridge GO via Canvas?
Both teachers and students will be required to enter an individual access code to activate it first time they access Cambridge GO.
Please note:
- Each code is single-use, personal, and cannot be reused by anyone else and you won’t have to activate it again.

When contacting our support team, include the following:
- Your 16-digit access code
- The name of your school
- A screenshot of the error message you're receiving
What am I getting 404 error message when I try to launch the module?

What happens if we update or change the email address of an account in Canvas?
Please note that updating the email address in Canvas may create an additional account with the new email, which can cause issues when launching the course.
To avoid any problems, contact our support team with both the original and updated email address, so we can check and update this on our end.
