Both Admins and Teachers at your school can see when your site licences are about to expire.
To renew a licence, please purchase new access codes either from your bookseller or directly from Cambridge University Press and Assessment. When you receive an access code, an Admin can enter it in the Site Licence area in GO.
Your access should continue seamlessly, and the new dates can be seen in the Site Licence area.
You will need to update your list of school members to reflect who should have access. You will not need to make any changes with students who already have access - they will continue to access GO as usual.
- Accounts for new Admins, Teachers and Students can be created through our bulk upload process in the User Management area.
- New teachers who have already registered in Cambridge GO can be invited using your School Joining Code.
- Students and staff who have left the school can be removed in the User Management area.
