When buying an access code for a digital resource on cambridge.org or directly from our Sales team, you will receive a Purchase Order confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your purchased code attached to an Excel spreadsheet and the instructions on how to activate it.
If you do not see an email with the subject, “Your Cambridge GO access codes from Cambridge University Press & Assessment” in your main inbox within the mentioned timeframe (24 - 48 hours), please first check your Junk/Spam folder.
Using a personal email address:
If you bought your product using a personal email address (Gmail; Hotmail; Yahoo; etc.), and you still haven’t received your product code in your main inbox or your Junk/Spam inbox, it means that your email provider might be blocking our emails as a result of not recognizing our email address as a trusted sender. To solve this, you will need to manually add our email address noreply@cambridge.org to your Email contacts so our emails can be received.
You can find more information for the common Email providers below:
- Gmail: Add a user as a contact in Gmail
- Outlook: Add recipients of my email messages to the Safe Senders List
- Yahoo!: Add a user as a contact in Yahoo!
Using an email address with a school domain name (i.e. @school.org):
If you purchased your product using an institutional email with a school domain (e.g. t***@schooldomain.org) and you still haven’t received our email with your purchased product code in your main inbox or your Junk/Spam inbox, please contact your IT department so they can whitelist our domains below.
